Who is collecting the data?
The purpose of this notice is to explain the ways in which Avae LLC collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users of the Avae website, or “Site”, and products (http://www.avae.io). This privacy notice applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Avae LLC.

Avae LLC may collect and use Users personal information for the following purposes:

Compliance with children's online privacy protection act
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our Site from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.
How long will the data be stored?
As a general matter, the only personal information we store is User name and email address data. The data is stored indefinitely, unless the user requests we remove them from our database. We do not collect or store User credit card or payment information. We use third parties to for payment services and ask our Users to provide their payment information to those third parties in order to purchase products or services from us. Please check the privacy notices and policies of those third parties (payment is through paddle.com, and licensing through devmate.com) in order to obtain information about the personal information that they collect and store.
What rights does do I have to protect my privacy
Your acceptance of these terms
We don’t currently have any specific privacy settings that may be altered by you to control the level of information that you share with us. However, your web browser may provide you with tools to manage the acceptance of cookies that we place on your computer.
